Do you ship worldwide?


Absolutely. Wherever you are, we’ll do our best to get your order to you.


Where do you ship from?


All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?


We work hard to process orders quickly, so if you need to make a change or cancel, please reach out within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window, changes can’t be made — but don’t worry, you can still return your order for a full refund once it arrives.


What payment methods do you accept?


We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal for a smooth and secure checkout.


When will my order be processed?


Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). It typically takes 1-3 business days to prepare your order, and it will ship the next business day after processing.


How long will it take to receive my order?


Most orders arrive within 2-4 weeks, depending on your location.


What if I don’t receive my order?


If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days of shipping, you’re covered — we’ll issue a full refund.


Will I be charged customs or taxes?


Our prices are displayed in US Dollars and do not include local taxes or duties. Depending on your country, you may be responsible for these fees upon delivery. For details, please check with your local customs office.


How do I return an item?


Not in love with your purchase? No problem. Reach out to us at support@lockedandstyled.com and we’ll guide you through the return process.


What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?


We’ve got your back. If something’s wrong with your order, please email us with your order number, photos of the item(s), and any details. We’ll work quickly to make it right.


When will I receive my refund?


Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. If you used a card, your bank may take 7-10 business days to post the refund. Haven’t seen it yet? Contact your bank or credit card company — sometimes it just takes a little extra time.
